What ATSScoreboard does

ATSScoreboard provides resume-to-job description matching, scoring, and improvement suggestions through a Chrome extension and web service.

Data we process

• Resume content (text you paste or files you upload such as PDF/DOCX) for analysis.
• Job description content extracted from the page you are viewing.
• Technical data (e.g., timestamps, request logs, IP address) for security and performance.

How we use data

• Generate match scores and keyword-gap reports.
• Provide Pro features such as AI-based suggestions and rewrites (if enabled).
• Protect the service from abuse (rate limiting) and maintain reliability.

Storage and retention

By default, we aim to process resume and job description content transiently to generate results and do not store it long-term. We may store limited logs for debugging, fraud prevention, and security.

If we add “history” features later, we will update this policy with retention details and user controls.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Stripe may process your payment information according to their policies.

AI providers (Pro)

Pro features may use third-party AI providers (for example, Anthropic/Claude) to generate suggestions. When enabled, relevant resume and job description text is sent to the provider for processing.

Your choices

• You can choose not to upload a resume file and paste text instead.
• You can contact us to request deletion of any stored account/billing metadata.
