Common Fixes
Resolve extension issues fast.
Start here for the issues people hit most often inside ATSScoreboard.
Reload the job posting page, then click Analyze again. If the backend is cold-starting, wait a few seconds and retry once.
Open the Parse tab and review the extracted JD. If it looks noisy, edit it there or highlight the correct job description text before clicking Analyze, then re-run with the corrected JD.
Click the ATSScoreboard icon in the Chrome toolbar. If you do not see it, open the extensions menu and pin ATSScoreboard first.
Check both Parse and Match Evidence. If the JD is noisy, fix it first. If the resume parsed badly, paste cleaner text or upload a cleaner PDF export before trusting the score.
Starter includes 3 AI semantic fairness checks total. After those are used, the analysis falls back to exact-match scoring. Pro and Elite include semantic matching on every analysis.
AI coaching features require an active Pro or Elite subscription. You can upgrade directly from inside the AI Coach tab.

Billing & Account

Open the extension, go to the AI Coach tab, click Manage, and use the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel. Access stays active until the end of the billing cycle.
Use the same Manage flow in the AI Coach tab. Stripe handles card changes and billing details securely.
Email support within 7 days of the charge and include the email address used during checkout so we can locate the payment quickly.
