1. Service

ATSScoreboard provides resume analysis, job description matching, keyword gap detection, and AI-powered coaching suggestions through a Chrome extension and web API. Results are informational and may not reflect any specific employer's applicant tracking system.

2. No affiliation

ATSScoreboard is not affiliated with any employer, job board, recruiter, or applicant tracking system vendor. We are an independent tool for job seekers.

3. Plans and billing

ATSScoreboard offers three plans: Starter (free), Pro ($9 USD/month), and Elite ($19 USD/month). Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible via the "Manage" button in the extension) — your access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Refund policy

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or paid features do not work as described, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support.atsscoreboard@gmail.com. We review refund requests case-by-case and issue refunds through Stripe when appropriate.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or API.
  • Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to use.
  • Do not use automated scripts to access the service beyond its intended use.

6. AI-generated content

AI Coach suggestions (bullet rewrites, keyword advice, score verdicts) are generated by third-party AI models and may contain inaccuracies. Always review AI suggestions before adding them to your resume. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve your chances with any specific employer.

7. Disclaimer

We provide helpful analysis on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or specific outcomes. ATS scoring is an approximation — actual employer systems vary.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSScoreboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
